Returns & Exchanges

If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of the item so that we can rectify it for you.

Items can be returned for store credit only, issued in the form of a gift card sent via email. We cannot issue refunds.

Returns must be received within 30 days of your shipment date.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of our customers.

Returned items must remain un-washed, un-worn, and all tags must still be attached. Items must be in their original packaging. Not all items will be granted a return and we reserve the right to deny a return. Items returned with make-up, deodorant stains, pet hair, without tags attached, with any odors, or in any other condition other than new, will not be accepted. Returns received in an unacceptable form will be donated to charity, or can be returned to you at your expense.

Exchanges are not accepted as we cannot guarantee inventory availability. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
